Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: The Severity of the Trial of a Believer َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ عَ٠َرْوَانَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّا٠ِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ إِنَّ عَظِي٠َا أَحَبَّ الله قَوْ٠اً إِلا ابْتَلاهُ٠3.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn Sinan from ‘Ammar ibn Marwan from Zayd al-Shahham from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: ‘‘The greatest reward comes from greatest trials and suffering.
