It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Ahmad from al- Hassan ibn Mahbub from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: âOnce I asked him (abu âAbd Allah) (a.s.) âIs it unlawful to publicize the secrets and privacy of a believer before another believer?â The Imam said, âYes, it is unlawful.â I then asked, âDo you thereby (privacy) mean his two lower organs (anus and genitals)?â The Imam said, âIt is not what you thought it is.
It is to publicize his secrets and private matters.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (11/3))
