Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Muâalla ibn Muhammad from al- Hassan ibn Ali from Hammad ibn âUthman from âUbayd from Zurara who has said the following: âOnce I asked Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, âThe deeds of anyone who rejects belief, certainly, become fruitless. He, on the Day of Judgment will be of those who lose.â (5:5) The Imam said, âIt is disregarding the deeds that he has confessed to be true.
Of such deeds is disregarding prayer without suffering from illness or being preoccupied. ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (11/113))
