It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) in a marfuâ manner from Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) who has said the following to a man: âYou have been made the physician for your own self. Medicine is prescribed for you; signs of good health are shown to you, and the direction for medicine is given to you.
