Al-Kāfi - The Book of Supplication Chapter: One’s Saying ten Times Everyday: I Testify That No One Deserves to be Worshipped Except Allah Alone Who Has No Partner, One Lord, the Only Self- Sufficient, Who Has Not Taken any Companion and Nor any Children َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠َنِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنْ عُ٠َرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠َنْ قَالَ فِي كُلِّ يَوْ٠َرَّاتٍ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا الله وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ إِلَهاً وَاحِداً أَحَداً صَ٠ْ يَتَّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَلا وَلَداً كَتَبَ الله لَهُ خَ٠ْسَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ وَ٠ْسَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ أَلْفَ سَيِّئَةٍ وَرَفَعَ لَهُ خَ٠ْسَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ أَلْفَ دَرَجَةٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى وَكُنَّ لَهُ حِرْزاً فِي يَوْ٠ِنَ السُّلْطَانِ وَالشَّيْطَانِ وَلَ٠ْ تُحِطْ بِهِ كَبِيرَةٌ ٠1.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn abu Najran from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz al-‘Abdi from ‘Umar ibn Yazid from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “Whoever says ten times everyday, ‘I testify that no one deserves to be worshipped except Allah alone, Who has no partner.

One Lord, the only Self-sufficient, Who has not taken any companion nor any children,’ Allah will write down for him forty-five thousand good deeds, will cancel forty-five thousand of his evil deeds and will raise for him forty-five thousand degrees.’” “In another Hadith it is stated, ‘The above expression will serve him as stronghold against rulers and Satan and no major sin will engulf him.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (12/205))
