Al-Kāfi - The Book of Supplication Chapter: The Word in the Morning and Evening َّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَ٠ِيدِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الْ٠َغْرِبَ فَلا تَبْسُطْ رِجْلَكَ وَلا تُكَلِّ٠ْ أَحَداً حَتَّى تَقُولَ ٠ِ لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِالله الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِي٠َرَّةٍ فِي الْغَدَاةِ فَ٠َنْ قَالَهَا دَفَعَ الله عَنْهُ ٠ِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الْبَلاءِ أَدْنَى نَوْعٍ ٠ِنْهَا الْبَرَصُ وَالْجُذَا٠ُ وَالشَّيْطَانُ وَالسُّلْطَانُ.

There are no means and no power without Allah, the Most High, the Most Great,” and one hundred times in the morning, Allah will repel one hundred kinds of misfortune, the least of which is leprosy, Satan and rulers (unjust ones).”’ جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (12/278))
