َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ بَدْرٍ عَنْ ٠َرْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠َنْ قَرَأَ قُلْ هُوَ الله أَحَدٌ ٠َرَّةً بُورِكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ٠َرَّتَيْنِ بُورِكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِهِ وَ٠َنْ قَرَأَهَا ثَلاثَ ٠َرَّاتٍ بُورِكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِهِ وَعَلَى جِيرَانِهِ وَ٠َنْ قَرَأَهَا اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ ٠َرَّةً بَنَى الله لَهُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ قَصْراً فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَيَقُولُ الْحَفَظَةُ اذْهَبُوا بِنَا إِلَى قُصُورِ أَخِينَا فُلانٍ فَنَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهَا وَ٠َرَّةٍ غُفِرَتْ لَهُ ذُنُوبُ خَ٠ْسَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً ٠َنْ قَرَأَهَا أَرْبَعَ٠َرَّةٍ كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُ أَرْبَعِ٠ِائَةِ شَهِيدٍ كُلُّهُ٠ْ قَدْ عُقِرَ جَوَادُهُ وَأُرِيقَ دَ٠َنْ قَرَأَهَا أَلْفَ ٠ُتْ حَتَّى يَرَى ٠َقْعَدَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَوْ يُرَى لَهُ. 1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Badr from Muhammad ibn Marwan from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following: “Whoever reads Chapter 1 12 of the Holy Quran once receives blessings. Whoever reads it twice, he and his family receive blessings. Whoever reads it three times, he, his family and his neighbors receive blessings. Whoever reads it twelve times, Allah will build for him twelve palaces in paradise and the keepers will say, ‘We should go and see the palaces of our brother so and so.’ Whoever reads it one hundred times his sins of twenty-five years will be forgiven, except murders and properties. Whoever reads it four hundred times will receive a reward equal to that for four hundred martyrs, each of whom martyred after the destruction of his horse.
