Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Salih ibn abu Hammad from al-Hajjal from those whom he has mentioned (in his book) who has said the following: âOnce I asked one of the two Imam (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy: âIt has been revealed in plain Arabic.â (26:195) The Imam said, âIt (the Holy Quran) explains the languages but the languages do not explain it.ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (12/522))
