A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Muhammad from âAbd Allah ibn Muhammad al-Hajjal from ThaâLabah ibn Maymun from those whom he has mentioned (in his book) from Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: âOnce in the presence of Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) there were people speaking to him. One man mentioned the name of another man and he began to criticize him and complained against him.
Abu âAbd Allah (a.s.) asked, âWhere from can you have a perfect brother? Who is among man, free and pure of faults and flaws?ââ رس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (12/550))
