Al-Kāfi - The Book of Taharat (Cleansing) Chapter: Taking Wudu’ With Water from Which Animals, Beasts and Birds Have Drunk َدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ ٠َدَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ نُوحٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَ٠َّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ سُؤْرَ كُلِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ لاَ يُؤْكَلُ لَحْ٠7.

Ahmad ibn Idris has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from Ayyub ibn Nuh from al-Washsha’ from those whom he has mentioned who have said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), disliked using the leftover of the water from which inedible animals have drunk.” رسل - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (13/38))
