Al-Kāfi - The Book of Taharat (Cleansing) Chapter: Rinsing One’s Mouth and Nostrils َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنْ شَاذَانَ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠َّادٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْ٠َضَةِ وَالاسْتِنْشَاقِ قَالَ لَيْسَ هُ٠ِنَ الْوُضُوءِ هُ٠2.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Shadhan ibn al-Khalil from Yunus ibn ‘Abd al- Rahman from Hammad from abu Basir who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about rinsing one’s mouth and nostrils.
