A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from Aban from Ishaq ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of one suffering from illness if it is permissible for him to wipe for Wuduâ. He (the Imam) said, âNo, it is not permissible.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (13/106))
