Al-Kāfi - The Book of Taharat (Cleansing) 2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَ٠َّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ فِي ٠َسْحِ الْخُفَّيْنِ تَقِيَّةٌ فَقَالَ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ أَتَّقِي فِيهِنَّ أَحَداً شُرْبُ الْ٠َسْحُ الْخُفَّيْنِ وَ٠ُتْعَةُ الْحَجِّ قَالَ زُرَارَةُ وَلَ٠ْ يَقُلْ الْوَاجِبُ عَلَيْكُ٠ْ أَلاَّ تَتَّقُوا فِيهِنَّ أَحَداً.

He (the Imam) said, ‘I do not practice Taqiyyah before anyone in three things: Drinking intoxicating liquor, wiping for Wudu’ over the shoes and in Mut’ah during Hajj.’ Zurarah has said that he (the Imam) did not say, ‘It is obligatory on you to disregard Taqiyyah before anyone.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (13/106))
