Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Safwan ibn Yahya, from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin, from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, âAlayhim al-Salam, âWhen does Ghusl (bath) become necessary for man and woman?â He (the Imam) said, âAfter consummating sexual relation, Ghusl (bath), payment of al-Mahr (payment agreed upon during marriage) and stoning (if it is fornication) become necessary.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/140))
