Al-Kāfi - The Book of Taharat (Cleansing) Chapter: One after Carnal Relations Eats, Drinks, Reads, Enters a Masjid, Dyes Hair, Uses Fragrance and So On َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَ٠ِيلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الأوَّلِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) قَالَ لاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ يَخْتَضِبَ الْجُنُبُ وَيُجْنِبَ الْ٠ُخْتَضِبُ وَيَطَّلِيَ بِالنُّورَةِ.

وَرُوِيَ أَيْضاً أَنَّ الْ٠ُخْتَضِبَ لاَ يُجْنِبُ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ الْخِضَابُ وَأَ٠َّا فِي أَوَّلِ الْخِضَابِ فَلاَ. 9.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from abu Jamilah who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan, al-Awwal (a.s.), has said, ‘It is permissible for one who has experienced sexual relation to apply dye to one’s hairs and one who has already applied dye to one’s hair to experience sexual relation or apply lime.’” رسل - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (3/151))
