Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Safwan from al-âAlaâ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, about a man who suddenly comes across Salah (prayer) for a deceased without Wuduâ.
He (the Imam) said, âHe can say Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) along with them.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (14/41))
