A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from Ali ibn âUqbah from woman of al-Hassan al-Sayqal from al-Hassan al-Sayqal who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about womenâs performing Salah (prayer) for deceased people if there is no man present among them.
He (the Imam) said, âThey all line up and no one of them stands up in front of others.ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/42))
