Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad al-Kindiy from al-Mithamiy from Aban ibn âUthman from âAbd al- Rahman ibn abu âAbd Allah who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman experiencing Hayd (menses), if she can perform Salah (prayer) for a deceased.
He (the Imam) said, âYes, but she must not stand in the line; instead stand alone.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/43))
