Al-Kāfi - The Book on Dying People Chapter: Visiting of the Graves 5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْ٠ُغِيرَةِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) كَيْفَ التَّسْلِي٠ُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْقُبُورِ فَقَالَ نَعَ٠ْ تَقُولُ السَّلاَ٠ُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الدِّيَارِ ٠ْ لَنَا فَرَطٌ وَنَحْنُ إِنْ شَاءَ الله بِكُ٠5.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘How should one offer greeting of peace to the people of the graves?’ He said, ‘Yes, (it has an answer). Say, “(May Allah grant) peace to the dwellings of the Muslims and believing people.
