Al-Kāfi - The Book on Dying People 2ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْ٠ُغِيرَةِ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) قَالَ إِنَّ الْ٠َيِّتَ إِذَا حَضَرَهُ الْ٠َوْتُ أَوْثَقَهُ ٠َوْتِ وَلَوْ لاَ ذَلِكَ ٠2.

Ali has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that when a person is about to die, the angel of death ties him down; otherwise, he will not calm down.” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/236))
