Abu Dawud has narrated from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from Fadalah from al-Husayn ibn âUthman from âAmr ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), âCan a man speak during Adhan?â He (the Imam) said, âIt is not harmful.â I then asked, about âIqamah.
