Al-Kāfi - The Book of Prayer

Chapter: Performing Optional Salah (Prayer) on a Journey َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) قَالَ صَلِّ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فِي الْ٠12.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Najran from Safwan who has said the following: “Al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘You can perform the two morning Rak‘at in the carriage.” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (5/394))
