Al-Kāfi - The Book of Prayer

Chapter: The Optional Salah (prayer) َّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْ٠َانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠ِنِينَ (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) صَلاَةُ الزَّوَالِ صَلاَةُ الأوَّابِينَ. 10.

It is a narration from him (narrator of previous Hadith) by Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Yahya’ ibn abu al-‘Ala’ who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, “Salah (prayer) at noontime is Salah (prayer) of repenting people.’”” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (5/400))
