Al-Kāfi - The Book of al-Zakat ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَ٠ُّونٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠َالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠َانِ فِي الإِسْلاَ٠ِنَ الله لاَ يَقْضِي فِيهِ٠َا أَحَدٌ حَتَّى يَبْعَثَ الله قَائِ٠َنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ فَإِذَا بَعَثَ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَائِ٠َنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ حَكَ٠ِ الله لاَ يُرِيدُ عَلَيْهِ٠َا بَيِّنَةً الزَّانِي الْ٠َانِعُ الزَّكَاةِ يَضْرِبُ عُنُقَهُ.

عِدَّةٌ ٠ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ ٠ُوسَى بْنِ سَعْدَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْقَاسِ٠َالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠5.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan ibn Shammun from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman from Malik ibn ‘Attiyyah from Aban ibn Taghlib who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), said to me, ‘Allah has made it lawful, in Islam, to destroy two kinds of lives. No one can issue judgment about it until the rise of a person from our.

When Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, allows this person from our, he then judges them according to the laws of Allah without calling any witness to testify.
