15.Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan from Ali ibn al-Nuâman from Ishaq who has said the following: âNarrated to me one who had heard abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), saying, âA property is not lost, on land or in the sea, unless payment of its zakat is withheld.
