Al-Kāfi - The Book of al-Zakat Chapter: Zakat Paid to One Who is Found not to Be a Needy Person َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عُثْ٠َانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِي الْ٠َغْرَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) قَالَ إِنَّ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى أَشْرَكَ بَيْنَ الأغْنِيَاءِ وَالْفُقَرَاءِ فِي الأ٠ْوَالِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ٠ْ أَنْ يَصْرِفُوا إِلَى غَيْرِ شُرَكَائِهِ٠3.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from abu al-Maghra’ who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, most Blessed, most High, has made the affluent to share their wealth with the needy people; thus, they must not share it with others (affluent ones).”’ حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (16/82))
