2.A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu âAbd Allah from âAbd al-âAzim ibn âAbd Allah al-âAlaviy from al- Husayn ibn Ali from certain persons of our people who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âOne who refuses to receive Zakat, when it is obligatory on him to receive is like one who refuses to pay Zakat when it is obligatory up on him to pay.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (6/117))
