5.A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn âIsa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn âAmirah formal- Fadl ibn âUthman who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âPeople of al-Qiblah (al-Kaâbah) must see the crescent.
