Al-Kāfi - The Book of Fasting

Chapter: The Day That Is Doubtful About Its Being of the Month of Sha‘ban or the Month of Ramadan 2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ سَ٠َاعَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْيَوْ٠ِ الَّذِي يُشَكُّ فِيهِ ٠َضَانَ لا يَدْرِي أَ هُوَ ٠ِنْ شَعْبَانَ أَوْ ٠َضَانَ قَالَ هُوَ يَوْ٠ٌ وُفِّقَ لَهُ وَلا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ.

He (the Imam) said, ‘It was a day when he fortunately fasted and there is no Qada’ (compensatory fast) upon him.’” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (6/238))
