Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, âAlayhim al-Salam, about a man who approaches the slave-girl in the month of Ramadan; then goes to sleep without Ghusl (bath).
He (the Imam) said, âHe is required to complete that fast and fast its Qadaâ (compensatory fast), unless he wakes up before dawn and waits to warm up the water or looks for water but it becomes dawn then there is no Qadaâ (compensatory fast) upon him.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (6/279))
