He (the Imam) said, âIf he releases it after entering al- Haram (the sacred area) then it dies, he does not owe anything; but if he keeps it after entering al- Haram (the sacred area) and then it dies in al-Haram (the sacred area) with him, he owes the ransom.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/97))
