Chapter: Hunting in al-Haram (the sacred area) and The Expiation for the Same 29٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠جÙعÙÙÙر٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ) Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙ٠سÙئÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø´ÙجÙرÙة٠أÙصÙÙÙÙÙا ÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙرÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ£ÙغÙصÙاÙÙÙÙا ÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ٠غÙصÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙÙÙا Ø·ÙائÙر٠رÙÙ ÙاÙ٠رÙجÙÙÙ ÙÙصÙرÙعÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠جÙزÙاؤÙÙ٠إÙØ°Ùا ÙÙاÙ٠أÙصÙÙÙÙÙا ÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙرÙÙ 29.
Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has narrated that his father (a.s.), was asked about the tree with its roots in al-Haram (the sacred area) and its branches in non-al-Haram (the sacred area) with a bird on it that was shot by a man that made it to fall down.
He (the Imam) said, âHe is required to pay the penalty if its root is in al-Haram (the sacred area).ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/97))
