1.A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Jaâfar ibn Muhammad al-Ashâariy from âAbd Allah ibn Maymun al- Qaddah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has narrated from his father (a.s.), who has said that Ali, Alayhi al-Salam, once said to an old man who had never performed al-Hajj, âIf you like you can prepare a man and send him to perform al-Hajj on your behalf.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/156))
