A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from ibn Riâab from Durays who has said the following: âThis is about a man who travels for Hajjahta al-Islam and dies on the way. Abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âIf he dies in al-Haram (the sacred area), it is sufficient for Hajjahta al-Islam.
However, if he dies outside al-Haram (the sacred area), then his guardians should complete, Qadaâ (compensatory for) Hajjahta al-Islam, on his behalf.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/162))
