Chapter: The Case of One Who Did not have an Intention to Perform al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) 1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠ُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَبَّى بِالْحَجِّ ٠َكَّةَ وَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ عِنْدَ ٠َ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) وَسَعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْ٠َرْوَةِ قَالَ فَلْيَحِلَّ وَلْيَجْعَلْهَا ٠ُتْعَةً إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ.

He (the Imam) said, 'He must come out of the state of Ihram and make it al-Hajj al-Tamattu unless he has driven the offering animal along with him.”’ حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/198))
