2.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following: âI once heard Abu `Abd Allah (a.s.), say, £ One who performs Tawaf around the House and al-Safaâ and al-Marwah is out of the state of Ihram, whether he likes or not.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/199))
