Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: Manner of al-Hajj for Children and Slaves 7ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَ٠َّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠َا أَصَابَ الْعَبْدُ وَهُوَ ٠ِهِ فَهُوَ عَلَى السَّيِّدِ إِذَا أَذِنَ لَهُ فِي الإِحْرَا٠7.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Hariz who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Whatever a slave may commit in the state of Ihram is on his master, if he gives him permission to assume the state of Ihram.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (7/211))
