Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Case of One Who Is Hired to Perform al-Hajj in ‘Ifrad Manner But He Performs in al-Tamatu’ Manner or Begins the Journey from a Place Other Than What the Condition in the Contract Requires َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ هِشَا٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِ٠) فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْطَى رَجُلاً دَرَاهِ٠َ يَحُجُّ بِهَا عَنْهُ حَجَّةً ٠ُفْرَدَةً أَ يَجُوزُ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَ٠ْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَقَالَ نَعَ٠َا خَالَفَهُ إِلَى الْفَضْلِ.
