Chapter: The Case of One Who Makes a Will for al-Hajj, and It Is Performed from a Place Other than What the Will Requires, or the Will Says Something Less in al-Hajj ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ آدَ٠َ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠َاتَ وَأَوْصَى بِحَجَّةٍ أَ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُحَجَّ عَنْهُ ٠ِنْ غَيْرِ الْبَلَدِ الَّذِي ٠َاتَ فِيهِ فَقَالَ ٠َا كَانَ دُونَ الْ٠ِيقَاتِ فَلا بَأْسَ.
