Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from ibn âUdhaynah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âOne who assumes the state of Ihram for al-Hajj in the months that are not for al-Hajj; his Hajj is not valid, and one who assumes the state of Ihram from a non-Miqat (place for assuming the state of Ihram), his Ihram is not valid.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/241))
