Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who has said the following: âIf one forgets to assume the state of Ihram or is ignorant, attends all places for performing the acts of al-Hajj such as Tawaf, Saây between al-Safaâ and al-Marwah and so on, one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, has said, âHis intention is sufficient.
If he had such intention, his Hajj is complete even though he did not say Talbiyah.â About the case of a man who fainted due to illness until Miqat (place for assuming the state of Ihram), he (the Imam) said, âHe must assume the state of Ihram.ââ رس٠ÙاÙØس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/245))
