A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Mahziyar who has said the following: âOnce al-Hassan ibn Saâid wrote to abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about a man who assumes the state of Ihram without Ghusl (bath) or without Salat (prayer) knowingly, or is ignorant, and what he owes and what should he do?
He (the Imam) wrote in answer, âHe must assume the state of Ihram again.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/249))
