Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who have said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, about a man who performs al-Zuhr in Masjid al-Shajarah, assumes the state of Ihram, then touches perfumes, or a prey or involves in sexual relation.
He (the Imam) said, âThere is nothing on him because of such things before his saying Talbiyah.ââ رس٠ÙاÙØس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/255))
