2.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has narrated from his father who has said, âTalbiyah of a speechless person, his testimony and reading al-Quran in Salat (prayer) is by moving his tongue and making gestures with his finger.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/265))
