Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn âUthman from abu Basir who has said the following: âOne of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, has said, âIf one swears three times, one immediately after the other and they are true, he has committed Jidal (swearing) and he owes one animal offering.
If one swears one false swearing, he has committed Jidal (swearing) and he owes one animal offering/â ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/276))
