Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Case of One’s Throwing Insects Away from His Body when in the state of Ihram 2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠ُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠ْلَةً قَالَ لا شَيْ‏ءَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْقَ٠ْلِ وَلا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَتَعَ٠2.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘ Ammar who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram kills a louse. He (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing on him for it, but it is not proper to do so knowingly.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/324))
