Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muâawiyah who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is in the state of Ihram; if he can brush his teeth. He (the Imam) said, âYes, it is of the Sunnah.â It is also narrated that one must not make his teeth bleed.â Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/331))
