Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muâawiyah ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âThis is about a man who has become al-Mahsur (confined) and has not driven an offering. Abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âHe completes all other acts and returns home, and if he cannot pay for the offering, he must fast.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/339))
