Chapter: The Case of One Who Kisses His Wife or Looks at Her With or Without Lust, or Looks at Someone Else 1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ٠َاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ وَصَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠ُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ ٠ٌ قَالَ لا شَيْ‏ءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَكِنْ لِيَغْتَسِلْ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُ رَبَّهُ وَإِنْ حَ٠ِنْ غَيْرِ شَهْوَةٍ فَأَ٠ْذَى فَلا شَيْ‏ءَ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ حَ٠َسَّهَا بِشَهْوَةٍ فَأَ٠ْذَى فَعَلَيْهِ دَ٠ٌ وَقَالَ فِي الْ٠ِ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى ا٠ْرَأَتِهِ وَيُنْزِلُهَا بِشَهْوَةٍ حَتَّى يُنْزِلَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَنَةٌ.

He (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing on him but he must take Ghusl (bath) and ask forgiveness from his Lord; if he carries her without lust and discharges semen or madhiy also, there is nothing on him, and if he carries her or touches her with lust and discharges semen or madhiy, he owes one offering.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘If one carries his wife down with lust until he discharges, he owes one badanah.’” حسن كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/351))
