Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Case of One Who Involves Himself in Carnal Relations with his Wife in the State of al-’Ihram after Completing Some Acts of al-Hajj 5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠ُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ إِذَا وَاقَعَ الْ٠ْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْ٠ُزْدَلِفَةَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ ٠5.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one performs sexual intercourse with his wife before coming to al-Muzdalifah, he is required to perform al-Hajj in future.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/359))
